Resolve to take better care of yourself

What's your New Year's resolution? Whether it's eating less, exercising more, sleeping better, or simply taking better care of yourself, AT&T and Fitbit have you covered. By now you hopefully know that AT&T stores offer a huge variety of wearable technologies for consumers interested in health and fitness, but I bet you're wondering how an activity tracker can handle your entire resolution list and more.

The answer is that activity trackers have come a long way, baby. With an entire system dedicated to helping you figure out how much you are consuming, how much energy you're burning, and a way to track weight, sleep, and more, the Fitbit system works with the AT&T technology you're already carrying with you to help you stay within your fitness goals and make 2015 the year you take better care of you. By paying closer attention to your eating habits and fitness activities, you're making the huge first step in managing your health, but I love that Fitbit goes even further. The new Fitbit Charge syncs even better with your wireless device and gives you access to your data not only on your cellphone, but also offers caller ID so you can use your Fitbit Charge like a smart watch. Pretty cool, right? Fitbit Charge specsThen on your cellphone you can see your daily Fitbit dashboard and easily monitor your sleep patterns, your activity levels, water consumption, calories eaten, and even your weight loss goals as well as enter into some lively competitions with other Fitbit wearing friends. It truly is an advanced wristband like they say it is, and the perfect way to make taking care of yourself easy.

Here's just a small snapshot of what the Fitbit Charge can do:

All-Day Activity
Track steps, distance, calories burned, floors climbed, and active minutes.

Watch + Display
See daily stats, time of day, and Exercise Mode on the OLED display.

Caller ID
See incoming call notifications when your phone is nearby.

Long Battery Life
Lasts longer than competing trackers with a battery life of 7-10 days.

Auto Sleep + Alarms
Monitor your sleep automatically and set a silent alarm.

Wireless Syncing
Sync stats wirelessly and automatically to leading smartphones and computers.

I'm guessing you want one of these Fitbit Charge activity trackers now, right? 3. I’d like to have the Fitbit® Flex™ Wristband Wireless Activity and Sleep Tracker, because I don’t know how much I really sleep. I wake up 2-3 times a night and sometimes it feels like I toss for an hour or two before I actually doze off.
